The Foundation owns and manages ten retirement villages within the City of Port Elizabeth. Each village has a resident and entertainment committee appointed by the residents. All villages have a resident supervisor on site at all times and emergency medical and security assistance is available at every village 24/7.

All cottages are appointed with an intercom system and emergency panic alarm, connected to the village supervisor and external service providers. These service providers provide emergency health and security services. Single occupants are contacted daily by the village supervisor to monitor their state of health.

Every village has access to primary health care via an on-site clinic staffed by nursing personnel. A char service is available at each village for the residents own account.

Rental accommodation ranges from a small bedsitter flat with shared bathroom facilities to a spacious two bedroom unit with two bathrooms and a double garage. Details of rental costs are available on request.
